How to book
Book your 3 hours on the regular booking page. Scroll to 3 hours to check availability.
This promotion is valid on the following Special Offer Dates in 2018 only;
Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd of June.
Friday 6th and Saturday 7th of July.
Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th of August.
Friday 7th and Saturday 8th of September.
Friday 5th and Saturday 6th of October.
Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd of November.
Please don't book 2 hours as you will only be booked for 2 hours.
What you pay
You will pay a £60 deposit online (as with any standard 3 hour booking) and £60 will be due on the day.
Total = £120 (the price of 2 hours).
What you CAN do with this offer
You can bring a maximum of 30 people to enjoy karaoke exclusively for your booking time.
You can book more time on the day or in advance of the day by telephoning or emailing but this will be charged at the extra time rate of £50 per hour.
You can pay your due balance, any extra time and for drinks using cash or card.
You can reschedule your booking as late as 48 hours before your booking (at least 48 hours notice) however the offer will be subject to availability. If rescheduling to another Special Offer Date it is your responsibility to check the date is available first before cancelling. Special Offer Dates are listed above in BOLD.
You can transfer this booking to any other available weekend outside of the Special Offer Dates but you will be charged the standard price of a 3 hour booking.
What you CAN'T do with this offer
You can't roll up with more than 30 people for your booking.
You can't walk in without a prior reservation and use this offer in person. The offer is only valid if booked in advance online or by telephone.
You can't stay longer than your booked time without paying for more time.
You can't combine this offer with any other offer, discount or booking at Stokey Karaoke or elsewhere.
You can't pay in shirt buttons or foreign currency.
You can't bring food.
You can't bring your dog. No! Not even a small lap dog. Please leave your pets at home.
You can't refund the deposit for this booking.
If there is no availability on your preferred date and time it’s quite likely that you were too slow in taking advantage of such a fantastic and generous offer. Shame...
The online booking system will only charge you a deposit. The deposit amount will be stated in your booking summary before you reach the payment page. The payment page at this time doesn't reconfirm the payment amount but just so you know, you will not be charged the full amount in advance but £60 deposit for the 3 hours booked. This deposit is deducted from the overall price of your booking and the difference/due balance is to be paid in person by cash or card including American Express on the day.
We accept payment online via PayPal and Credit/Debit Card.
For cancellations made within 48 hours including no shows, deposits will be non-transferable and we will keep the money to replace the props your fellow karaokers steal every weekend and take with them to Mascara Bar.
Stokey Karaoke closes at 1:30am Fridays and Saturdays and midnight on Sundays. The last bar orders are 30 mins before closing. The bar is open on these days to karaoke customers before and after their booking slot.
By making any booking with us you and your guests agree to respect the venue, our staff and neighbours when arriving and leaving. You are expected to vacate the karaoke space when your time is finished, otherwise you may be charged for any unpaid time. If you are running late please contact us to let us know. Your time will start at the time of your scheduled booking, not on your arrival.
Special offers are subject to the standard Terms's and Conditions but have different cancellation policies and a strict no refund policy. Please read all T's & C's in full before booking.
